Some UPS models report status flags for each battery pack cartridge. A cartridge is reported with the worst state of the flags it has set. Flags not configured here result in a WARNING state. The flag <i>Needs Replacement</i> and an exceeded battery lifetime reported by a cartridge follow the option <i>State if battery needs replacement</i>.

Since 2.4.0 (Werk #17344), the secret of an automation user is only stored in cleartext if <i>Store the secret in cleartext</i> is enabled. A stored secret can be read by anyone with access to the site files or backups. Together with permissions that allow running arbitrary code, this gives full control over the site.<br>External tools and scripts do not need a stored secret, they keep the secret themselves. Only Checkmk features that read the secret from the site need it, e.g. the agent auto-registration rule or the special agent for BI aggregations. These users only need the permissions of that feature, not the role administrator.
