The option 'Show aggregated info over all SLA periods' combines all SLA periods but each SLA period is calculated separately. So it will show the average of all SLA periods.

The option 'Display a summary over all SLA periods' aggregates all results of SLA calculations into one result. This means it will show how many percent of SLA periods have broken the SLA, for example if 1 SLA period of 10 has been broken it will show 10%.
