If your system Apache sits behind another proxy or load balancer that terminates TLS and forwards plain HTTP to it, that automatic value would be wrong. Run <tt>omd config set APACHE_FORWARDED_HEADERS manual</tt> for the site and set the headers yourself in the system Apache configuration instead, e.g. <tt>RequestHeader set X-Forwarded-Proto "https"</tt>.

Found a RequestHeader for X-Forwarded-Proto/X-Forwarded-Ssl in %(files)s. Checkmk already sets this header itself; remove the manual entry to avoid duplicate or conflicting configuration, or set APACHE_FORWARDED_HEADERS to 'manual' if this Apache needs it.
